When you visit this website, the web server automatically records log files that cannot be assigned to a specific person. As part of our Investor Portal, in addition to form metadata, we also collect and process your digital signature in the form of image data as well as the associated technical protocol data (specifically your IP address and the timestamp). This processing is required to ensure the authenticity of your subscription and to document the conclusion of the contract in a legally secure manner (pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR and Swiss DSG). These data are transmitted in encrypted form to our internal department, used for contract creation, and archived securely.
